The team had an aggressive agenda to develop a Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Team Norms. There was significant discussion regarding whether there the Mission Statement and Vision Statement for the client viewable website would be the same as the Mission Statement and Vision that would be applicable for our team.

We are committed to realizing our vision by creating a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve client goals and facilitate learning. The team will operate with honesty and set the industry standard by developing, producing, and distributing innovative solutions.

Team Norms

We began with more than 30 suggestions contributed by the entire group. We deleted similar ideas and then each person was given the opportunity to explain and describe his/her submissions. We then continued to cull the ideas down. The norms are not finalized, and the ones we are leaning towards are highlighted on the google docs vision, mission and norms document. We agreed to review the items and be ready to finalize on Thursday.
