	Salim Al Waili Salim has been in the field of higher education as an instructional designer for 5 years at Sultan Qaboos University. He has been helping teachers in using elearning tools to enhance their students’ learning. During this period he has got a lot of experience in teaching and conducting workshops for faculty. 	Sally Byrd Sally has more than 10 years’ experience working with educational institutions and nonprofits, helping craft functional and accessible Web sites and professional publications. Her professional interests include Web standards and accessibility, writing, editing, and publication production, and language acquisition and linguistics. 	Susan Conrad Susan has 25 years of Information Technology experience as a Director of IT, Consultant, Project Manager, Analyst, and Programmer. She most recently worked for Siemens as a Healthcare Account Executive advising hospital administrators in software and best practices. She has experience teaching at the college level and writing whitepapers. 	Ryan Curran Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in May 2004 from Old Dominion University while serving in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. Since then, he’s had various positions working with the Department of Defense. His favorite position was as a technical trainer assigned to the Defense Travel System project. 	Sue Dass Sue has over 20 years’ experience in engineering and training development.  Her training career began 10 years ago by designing a seven-hour computer-based training product on a water distribution system. This program was later nominated for and won an Axiem Award. Since that time, she has participated in and managed training development for clients such as NIST, EPA, FDIC, FAA, and the U.S. Marine Corps. 	Shantell Hampton Shantell brings more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience that includes project management, training, analytical, leadership, and technical skills. She has taught a course in Microsoft Project 2007 and is skilled in other software applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Dreamweaver, and Word. Shantell has a strong aptitude for creating and developing innovative ideas. Shantell graduated with an Alpha Sigma Lambda, National Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Strayer University, and a Diploma, Computer Support Specialist with honors from Centura College. 	George Koduah George has worked in the financial services industry in the United States and Africa over the last ten years evaluating and providing appropriate loan products, services and financial counseling to Congressional and State Department Federal Credit Union members. In Africa, he worked as a Project Analyst for Eximguaranty Company Limited, providing credit guarantees to small, medium and micro enterprises. He has a master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Politics and History from the University of Buckingham in England. 	Debra Moore Debra has worked for major U.S. school systems from the mountain west to the east coast as a team leader, program manager, and adjunct university faculty. She has written teacher performance evaluation guidelines and contributed to a multi-state classroom quality assessment instrument. She is particularly adept at creating activity-based training. Her current professional interest is combining instructional design with breakthrough technologies to improve the learning, skills and productivity of working adults. 	James Turner James has served in the United States Marine Corps for the past 13 years. For his first ten years he served as an enlisted Marine with the primary Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of a Supply Administration and Operations Specialist. Following his commission as a Second Lieutenant, James was assigned the MOS of Communications Officer. In his most recent assignment, James served as the Executive Officer; Company A, Marine Wing Communications Squadron 38, 3D Marine Aircraft Wing.
