1. Team Assignments for next weekImmediately after our meeting with Kevin and Nada today, the team of 9 met to confirm our understanding of their instructions from earlier and to make further assignments.We reviewed wordpress site, Pbworks site, Portfollios and Reflections, and Roles.
Possible Roles included: Pbworkspace organizer Meeting minutes Client point of contact Status reports Editor/proofreader Project Manager PM assistant Also discussed if roles should rotate and if so, how often Discussed professors’ injunction to keep looking at former immersion project sites, particularly HoopMagic, Forest Management and MSHA, looking at Roles and reflections Talked about how/where to post reflections for privacy Read old reflections Look at immersion previous projects – HoopMagic, Forest Management, MSHA At this point, we need to make decisions II. Confirmed that on Monday, Nada and Kevin will come in at 12:30. Rick Reo is coming at l:00. |
