Target audience

DAU Center Director, Performance Learning Directors, Course Managers and Course Instructors are the target audience.

Want to find out how the instructors teach, finding out the different type of target audience. Within CM there might be different categories with the CM (based on demographics).

Better understanding of the FIPT roles and responsibilities

Core courses are formalized courses

Formal core requirements come from the top

Decision-maker level 1st level

2nd level how do I integrate this into my courses

Need immersion help with deciding when to use scenarios, case studies, principles and processes
(content type)

Need to see what tool is being used from the Center Directors in the meetings with FIPT

Still have to figure out who’s the target audience and then collect data on the target audience.

DAU does not have a CoP they just have a knowledge repository

MSHA

MSHA did demographics based on baby boomers. They also completed a learner analysis.

Nada showed the team what the MSHA team did for their target audience. They listed specific characteristics, such as primary audience and secondary audiences. This will help us to better define the target audience.

Information/Tools

7 things you should know about www.educause.edu/eli
