| 1. Team vision, mission and norms review in light of Myers Briggs.
Vision: No changes Team mission had a change, adding integrity. Norms: No changes 2. New action plan based on Thursday DAU visit and faculty debrief. Pretty much covered yesterday, but some team members are unsure about direction for Briefing Report. Other team members encouraged review of the combined document over the weekend to get a full sense of how it comes together. Looked at FY2010 for some goal alignment. 3. Roles and Responsibilities Sally has volunteered to stay as QA until November 5th for Briefing Report deliverable. November 5th has been established as next logical rollover for roles. Old Roles October 1- 19 New Roles October 19- November 5
Ryan is meeting with Nada today to “garden” the wiki 4. Schedule Big calendar posted on wall. Visit from Richard Culatta, CTO for CIA-U, Thursday, 11am. Friday COB post to wiki for Kevin and Nada and to googledocs for us. Ask for track changes from Kevin and Nada. Follow-up questions are due to Sue by noon today. Paragraphs from section editors are due to Sally on Oct 16. Sally would prefer email for paragraphs edits. Salim to coordinate slide presentations for briefing report, Ryan will assist. 5. DAU thank-you email Susan is composing an email to send to DAU with hyperlinks to the requested item status table and meeting minutes.
