3. Review of 20Oct DAU Visit
Project Manager requested we think about our findings in the context of: assets, target audience, and what does this mean for our briefing report
Noted GLTC is our client; our target audience is different
Restated our goal is to help DAU improve efficiency and effectiveness by inserting ALTs into learning assets
Problems outside our goal become recommendations
Team shared some preliminary findings
Summarized our perceived gap: new technologies available versus how to insert these technologies; there could be many reasons for this gap and we need to tabulate to direct us. 
Team synthesized the key points taken from each interview and added them to the wiki

4. Immediate Way Ahead
We need to narrow scope and define what we need to do for needs assessment
Agreed to Thursday’s agenda (see task assignments)
