2. Sub-Team Requirements for each team to help populate individual components: (Some content may overlap; in the final design prototype functionality for multiple components may be in same location.)

Explore Component

  • Advantages / Disadvantages in a bullet list form with citation
  • Best Practices in a bullet list form with citation
    • Team 1 will create template for others to use
  • Individual Papers
  • Recommended articles (4-5 per person) to populate library
  • Best Practices – bulleted list with citation

Select Component

  • What instructional strategies each technology can address
  • Information related to “top five” factors; team 2 needs to send their expectations or parameters of factors to the team – will be done through an online matrix.

    Demonstrate Component

    • Implementation strategies – will be housed in the Explore component – will link to as required.
    • A video will be created (contextualized to DAU’s content) and placed in the “How to Develop” portion of Tutorial Sub-Component

    Brainstorming on Technology:

    ACQ 201A

    • Podcast – Used for reviews or introductions.  Podcast Review of Module 6.
    • Social Media – Blog to do collaborative interaction from ethics piece (Module 6.3)
    • Casual game – learning terms

    ACQ 201B

    • Social Media – presenting and defending opinion as a group
    • Blog with reflections – do the log on the blog
    • Voice Thread – introductions before students arrive or for other activities
    • Micro-blogging – student response system (clicker)
    • Games on cell-phone
    • Use of cell-phone to enhance scenario

    Decided Technology to Build

    • Mobile: Podcast – Podcast Review of ACQ201A Module 6.
    • Social Media: Blog – ACQ201B Module 2.1
    • Games: Casual game of some sort (Crossword etc.)

    4. Action Items:

    • Update Flowcharts by Sat 8 AM – Ryan will consolidate
    • Team 1 will create Best Practices template for others to use
    • Design Document: Sue Dass is creating template in Wiki.
    • Storyboard/Wireframe Template: Debra will research; suggestions by Tuesday
    • Requirements Document – Sally will email sample templates to team
