Team discussed and created agenda for Bean meeting. Topics we will discuss include:

• Discuss whether we will have privileges to upload content to LATIST WordPress site
• Discuss how Bean wants content from us
• Is modifying content considered a revision? How many times can we go back and forth on these revisions?
• Modification in Milestone dates/timeline
• Discuss proposed changes to timeline – will post updated timeline in basecamp for discussion on Thurs. George will create updated timeline.
• What exact content is Bean expecting on Monday March 29 – we will tell them what we plan on delivering and see if this meets their expectations
• Clarification on storyboard/wireframe requirement due March 31
• Feedback on initial design from Bean

• We need to clarify with Bean how they want the content from us
  • Explore – Adv, Disadv, BPs from each technology and References table will be ready for delivery on March 29
  • Select – team will provide decision widget content ASAP and factors matrix content on Monday
• Apply – Each subteam will do what they can by Monday March 29 and populate into Apply LATIST section in wiki
• Camtasia videos and links to examples due to Bean April 19

• Team 2 will submit Decision Widget content to Bean ASAP, clarifying whether or not we’ll be able to update this data
• Team will update this content before submitting to Bean and get opinion from Shahron
