| I. Activities Accomplished |
- Bean submitted the initial prototype of the LATIST system and the team provided feedback using a discrepancy report.
- Round 1 usability test was conducted to identify potential issues/concerns with the initial LATIST prototype. The results were recorded and sent to Bean creative to enhance the system in preparation for Round 2 usability testing.
- The Immersion team coordinated with DAU to identify nine participants for Round 2 usability testing.
- The Immersion team was divided into three sub-teams for the development of the usability test report, the final presentation, and the design document.
- The Immersion team provided feedback to In-Brief Videos on the proposed narration for video 2, as well as comments/edits for video 1.

- The team will continue to work with the external developer, Bean Creative, on the development of the LATIST prototype feedback.
- The team will continue to work with the external developer, In-Brief Videos, on the development of the introduction videos.
